My name is Geno Valdes and for more than 35 years I worked in executive leadership positions for well-known successful multinational companies (Dole, Sysco/FreshPoint) as well as for amazing privately held entities like (Sunburst Farms and Maglio Companies). From the beginning of my career as a staff accountant at Arthur Andersen and Company to my later work in the fast-rising eCommerce company, ShipMonk, I learned that successful leaders are driven by a vision that is much bigger than their own self-interests.
