My expertise and value is to analyze existing operational and supply chain processes and provide solutions that improve efficiency, maximize resources and align expectations with your team. We find that most underperforming companies fail to invest in comprehensive training programs that are aligned with the leader’s vision. Most employees want to know how they are being measured and expect timely feedback on their performance.

I thrive on applying organizational psychology principles to companies that aim to attract, motivate, and develop a team’s unique talents to maximize productivity. I implement a creative approach to introduce a process that gets employees to perform with minimal management intervention and own each deliverable.

In addition to my past individual experiences leading companies, I am also a founding member of The Venture Mentoring Team. (www.thevmt.org). With this organization, I continue to meet and provide advice to incredibly talented entrepreneurs. My role is to help them understand their business needs and mentor them to drive success.
